How do I track my order once I’ve placed it?
Orders shipped via UPS or FedEx are traceable. Just click on the “Order Tracking” box at the top of the PianoAtPepper.com homepage. Enter your email address and password and you will have access to all your past orders. You’ll be able to see your past invoices and track your package(s), right from PianoAtPepper.com.

How do I return an order?
Simply send back the items you don’t wish to keep, using the return label you received with your order. Once we receive your returned items, we’ll credit your account.
